De helm is nog in redelijke nette staat, de helm heeft fixed bales (vast haken). De liner is nog in nette staat alleen mist deze de leren zweetband, het kinriempje is wel nog aanwezig bij zowel de liner als de buitenhelm. Het betreft een Firestone liner.
De helm is na de oorlog overgeverft en hierbij is een Sawdust camouflage aangebracht. Een mooie helm voor de Amerikaanse militaria verzamelaar of voor reenactment!

The helmet is still in a reasonably neat condition, the helmet has fixed bales (fixed hooks). The liner is still in neat condition, only it is missing the leather sweatband, the chin strap is still present on both the liner and the outer helmet. It is a Firestone liner. The helmet was repainted after the war and a Sawdust camouflage was applied. A beautiful helmet for the American militaria collector or for reenactment!
